During
our research phase, we discovered an internal program called WOW, which asked
the firm's employees if they created a "Wow Experience" that day. We turned
the internal program's energy and spirit into a two-part dimensional
campaign that the sales staff could use to both introduce the company's
screening process for staff and garner more appointments.
Decorated with a movie theme and the phrase "Wow, Coming To A Screen Near
You" were boxes containing a metal tin imprinted to look like an old fashion
movie reel. The logoed tins contained caramel corn.
A matching round insert asked the Call Center Managers if they "Would say
WOW if candidates were more qualified, arrived ready to work and were
tailored to their call center." As they struggled to meet the perfect 'cast
members' for their organization, they were encouraged to meet with a
representative who will also tell them how they could earn a special
family/friends movie package from Staffing Solutions. See our
